How much does it cost?

Pricing is customized based on your business needs, transaction volume, and level of support. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages. Instead, I work with you to build a monthly plan that fits your workflow and goals. Sample packages are available to help you explore options, but every quote is tailored to the client.

Is bookkeeping really worth the cost?

Yes. Clean, accurate books can help you avoid missed deductions, tax penalties, late fees, and cash flow issues. Many clients find that professional bookkeeping actually saves them money over time and gives them peace of mind they didn’t know they were missing. Do you only work with small businesses?

Not at all. While I love helping small business owners get organized, I also support larger businesses that need dependable bookkeeping and back-office support.

What if my books are a mess or I’m behind?

No judgment here. Cleanup is a common request, and I’m happy to help get things back on track. During our consultation, we’ll review where things stand and come up with a clear plan to get everything current and organized. Schedule a consultation

Do you offer remote services only?

RMH Biz Solutions is primarily a remote business, serving clients across the country through email, phone, and video calls. I use secure platforms to exchange documents and financial data.

If your business is located within 25 miles of Castaic, California, in-person meetings may be available. Executive Clarity clients receive local meeting options as part of their package. Foundations and Operations clients can request in-person appointments for an additional fee. See sample packages for details.

Can you help me with payroll?

I do not currently offer full-service payroll processing. However, I can help review your setup, answer questions, and guide you through compliance requirements as a consulting service. If you already have a payroll platform or provider, I’ll work with what you have to ensure your books stay accurate and aligned.

What do you mean by back-office support?

For clients on premium packages, I offer light administrative help like invoicing, calendar coordination, and follow-up emails. It’s a great option if you need some extra hands without hiring a full-time assistant.
