Do you only work with small businesses?

Do you offer remote services only?

RMH Biz Solutions is primarily remote, serving clients nationwide through secure platforms, phone, and video calls.

If your business is located within 25 miles of Castaic, California, in-person meetings may be available at additional cost.

What’s included in Virtual Assistance or Back Office Support?

Virtual Assistance includes flexible administrative support such as:

  • Invoicing and billing

  • Calendar and email management

  • CRM and document updates

  • Client follow-up and scheduling

  • File formatting and spreadsheet maintenance

These services are available as standalone monthly packages or alongside bookkeeping for more comprehensive support.

How many hours of support are included?

Virtual Assistance packages range from 10 to 40 hours per month, depending on the plan you choose. You’ll never be locked into hours that don’t make sense for your workload—everything is customized to fit your needs and adjusted as you grow.

Do you help with one-time projects?

Yes! If you need help with a one-time project like organizing your files, cleaning up spreadsheets, or setting up basic admin systems, I can create a flat-fee quote for short-term or project-based work.

Can you help me with payroll?

Yes, I’m certified in payroll through the NACPB and can offer payroll support for select clients. While full-service payroll is not part of my standard packages, I may provide it as an add-on for Executive Clarity clients or as a standalone service for established businesses with consistent payroll needs.
