My name is Rachel Hayes, and I founded RMH Biz Solutions after more than a decade of managing financials, operations, and client support—both for my own businesses and for others behind the scenes. I understand the stress small business owners feel when paperwork piles up, deadlines loom, and no one is watching the details. That’s where I come in.

I’ve worked with Excel for over 20 years, supported CRM systems for more than a decade, and managed full-scope bookkeeping, invoicing, and office administration for my prior business, RMH Travel, for 12 years.

After stepping away from formal bookkeeping for a time, I returned with purpose—earning updated certifications, rebuilding my systems, and launching RMH Biz Solutions to offer both financial clarity and operational support for entrepreneurs who need reliable help.
